Excavation & Earthwork
• Manual Excavation ➔ 1.5 – 2.0 m³ per labour/day
• By JCB ➔ 60 – 80 m³ per hour
• By Poclain (200) ➔ 100 – 150 m³ per hour
• Roller Compaction ➔ 200 – 250 m³ per day
Concrete Works
• Manual Mixing ➔ 1.5 – 2.0 m³ per labour/day
• Manual Laying ➔ 3 – 4 m³ per labour/day
• Placement by Pump ➔ 20 – 30 m³ per hour
• Curing (Ponding) ➔ 1 labour per 100 m²
• Shuttering ➔ 1.2 – 1.5 m² per labour/day
Reinforcement Work
• Cutting, Bending, Tying ➔ 100 – 150 kg per labour/day
• Fixing (Columns/Beams) ➔ 80 – 120 kg per labour/day
• Fixing (Slabs/Footings) ➔ 100 – 150 kg per labour/day
Masonry
• Brick Masonry (Manual) ➔ 0.2 – 0.25 m³ per labour/day
• Brick Masonry (Machine Mixing) ➔ 0.3 – 0.4 m³ per labour/day
• AAC Block Masonry ➔ 0.5 – 0.7 m³ per labour/day
Plastering & Finishing
• 12mm Plaster ➔ 8 – 10 m² per labour/day
• 20mm Plaster ➔ 6 – 8 m² per labour/day
• Putty ➔ 12 – 15 m² per labour/day
• Painting (1 coat) ➔ 15 – 20 m² per labour/day
• Tiling ➔ 3 – 4 m² per labour/day
Road & Paving
• PCC (Manual Mixing) ➔ 1.5 – 2.0 m³ per labour/day
• Asphalt Laying ➔ 25 – 30 m² per labour/day
• Kerb Stone ➔ 30 – 40 m per labour/day
• Paver Block ➔ 5 – 7 m² per labour/day
